After terraforming the Moon is finished, life will look completly different, both due to human genetic modification and natural selection itself. Life may end up very exotic. Even if we made the Moon as Earth like as possible, some or most of Earth's plants and animals on the moon would change overtime. If humans were to live on the moon they would develop different dirunal cycles, become larger (do to less strain from gravity ) and maybe more dependent on vegatation (as plants would probably adapt better than livestock). The humans could even have longer lifespans. Larger creatures will probably become slimmer and evolve feet that reduce bouncing, while smaller animals could use the low gravity to their advantage and develop kangaroo-like back legs to escape from predators in one kick.
